Better Packages Fills Newly Created Customer Service Position

Luis Alvarado has recently been named Manager of Customer Service and Technical Support.

Luis Alvarado has been with Better Packages for over 20 years, and, through his hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of our manufacturing process, has gained extensive knowledge of our products from the inside out. This newly developed position coupled with Mr. Alvarado's product and customer relations expertise will enable Better Packages to provide an even greater level of product support and customer service to the company's Authorized Distributors and customers.

As Manager of Customer Service and Technical Support, Mr. Alvarado will oversee the daily activities of the customer service staff, including all customer and distributor communications, order fulfillment and inquiry processing. He will also provide direction regarding technical support and service, product service training and system installation for Better Packages Authorized Distributors and customers.
