OIA Global Acquires American Cargo Express

OIA Global, a worldwide transportation, supply chain management, and packaging provider, has acquired American Cargo Express, a provider of domestic and international freight forwarding, warehousing and trade management services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
