With the pharmaceutical industry struggling to meet serialization requirements in more than 55 countries, Meditraq is deploying serialization software solutions.
Part of the Tjoa Group, together with contract packaging organization (CPO) Tjoapack, the newly formed business provides an outsourced solution to the serialization data challenge, supporting companies with the implementation and management of technology for the safe and secure exchange of serialization data.

Meditraq’s services include onboarding all supply chain partners and internal manufacturing sites with the necessary software to ensure serialization data management and exchange. In addition, it encompasses ongoing support and compliance services such as the management of master data, sending data between relevant parties, monitoring transactions, and solving exceptions involving serialized data.
