Adents, a provider of serialization and track-and-trace products, is planning a series of serialization conferences in Paris (April 5-6), Philadelphia (June) and Shanghai (October).
These educational forums will include presentations from leading tech companies, including Microsoft and Siemens, as well as government entities overseeing the push for track-and-trace implementation, such as GS1, the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA), European Medicines Verification Organization (EMVO) and high-level consulting firms.
The programs for each event will be wholly innovative and tech-driven, focusing on forward-thinking serialization solutions that allow global pharmaceutical companies, CMOs and trading partners to transform their operations in a positive way. The educational gatherings will look beyond the looming mandates, by demonstrating how manufacturing and supply chain pharma companies can utilize data generated during the serialization process to improve production and supply chain efficiencies.
The series of forums will include presentations and roundtable discussions covering a variety of tech-related topics, including data security and blockchain, simplified interconnectivity, artificial intelligence, virtual glasses and virtual automation.
The upcoming conference series presents an opportunity to connect Big Pharma manufacturers and their supply chain trading partners – including 3PLs, distributors, hospitals, retailers and other serialization stakeholders – with communications standard influencers and technology leaders.
Registration information for the Adents Global Serialization Innovation Summits will be available in the coming weeks on the company’s website. To allow for networking between attendees, each conference will be limited to 250 participants.
