Toray Plastics (America) Announces Two Promotions in its Lumirror® Division

Toray Plastics (America), Inc. (www.toraytpa.com), is pleased to announce that Mark Turano has been named Director of Sales of the Lumirror® Polyester Film Division. Turano joined Toray in 2016 as the National Sales Manager of the Division. Prior to joining Toray, Turano worked with Danafilms, Consolidated Container Company, Polycel de Mexico, and Printpack. He has an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

In addition, Toray has appointed Justin Larson to the position of Sales Manager of the Lumirror Division. Larson most recently served as Product Manager of the Division. He joined Toray in 2006 and has also worked as a Sales Analyst and Key Accounts Manager. Larson earned his B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and has Six Sigma training.

"We are very pleased that Mark and Justin have assumed these new roles," says Matt Brown, General Manager of the Lumirror Division. "Mark has done a great job since he joined the Lumirror team. He brought tremendous expertise to his position and his leadership has had significant impact on our growth. His promotion is well-deserved."

Brown adds, "Justin also has an excellent track record with Toray and has proven himself to be a highly skilled Product Manager. He is the perfect choice for the position of Sales Manager and we look forward to his contributing to Toray's success."
