Neopac wins the coveted Swiss Star Award

In the sales packaging category, the revolutionary Polyfoil® Exoseq dropper tube from CPM Temmler won the Swiss Star. “We are proud of the fact that our forte for innovation has been recognized and rewarded by an outside body,” explained Martina Christiansen, Pharmaceutical Sales Manager at Neopac.

The prototype for this innovation was recognized with the Swiss Star in 2009. A year later, this novel development gained recognition on the international stage when it was presented with the World Star 2010.

The panel was impressed by the innovative performance of this packaging.  The combination of a Polyfoil® cannula tube and dropper mechanism is unique. This system allows drops of equal quantities to be applied, regardless of the pressure on the tube, thus ensuring constant, even dosing.

The dropper tube is available from the thinnest wall thickness of 350 µm. Polyfoil® tubes have remarkable barrier properties. They protect against light and diffusion, are impermeable to water vapor and are corrosion resistant. This gives your product a longer shelf life compared to polyethylene or Coex tubes.
