Ronchi, leader in the packaging industry, on the occasion of Ipack-Ima 2012 in Milan presents the new sanitary version of its EXACTA excellently renowned Filling Machine. Ronchi technology finds its application to two new fields: pharmaceutical and food industries.
What’s new?
The sanitary execution of EXACTA introduces several characteristics which make it different from the standard version. It is a Filling-Capping Monoblock featuring peculiar ultra-cleaning solutions and special details, ideal for pharmaceutical products, foods and cosmetics. The magnetic flow-meters grant the same efficiency and accuracy as the ones usually adopted on the Ronchi filling machines, however being particularly ideal to meet the most extreme sanitary requirements; the new washing system is highly advanced; cleaning is excellent thanks to a draining baseframe with double inclination and collecting tray on the outside.
New fields of activity
EXACTA R12/6S is specifically designed to be utilized in pharmaceutical and food industries whereas hygiene is an essential requisite: packaging syrups, mouthwash solutions and sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise through a highly sanitized machine becomes therefore possible. Ronchi has pioneered the adoption of electronic flow-meters with unmatched efficiency and accuracy, and it now transfers this technology to different fields of application by adapting its machine to meet Food and Drug Administration standards for food and pharm.
