MV-11 Outsert System folds outserts as small as 1-1/8” x 1-1/8”, flatter, 15% thinner, and with up to 40% more panels than previous models. The modular design gives you maximum flexibility in production and equipment investment. The MV-11 Triple Knife Outsert System folds outserts with up to 238 panels; the MV-11 Double Knife Outsert System folds outserts with up to 170 panels; and the MV-11 Single Knife Outsert System folds outserts with up to 110 panels. Systems can be configured as required by the job. The G&K FA 53 Folder permits easy setup with zero make-ready plates and quick caliper-set rollers, a new double-sheet ejection system, feeder setup recall, and intelligent jam detection. Speeds are up to 14,000 cycles/hr.
