TCP Reliable, dedicated to ensure product integrity for the lifescience industry, recently completed a business acquisition with Isneaufroid, a manufacturer of temperature controlled packaging products located in Maromme, France.
The Isneaufroid products will be marketed under the Cryopak brand, a subsidiary of TCP Reliable.
"The acquisition with Isneaufroid is a step towards our mission to expand the presence of Cryopak within the European market," Bill Hingle, Marketing Director for TCP Reliable, said.
In addition, Isneaufroid offers cold storage services to pre-condition components as well as provides longer term storage and delivery services. "The acquisition of Isneaufroid brings additional manufacturing capacity of reusable gel pack bottles to the European market and provides Cryopak with a new service capability," Hingle said. "This capability provides clients with truly global solutions that are consistent and cost effective."
