DuPont Packaging Graphics announced its support of the intended asset sale of the Harold M. Pitman Company to Agfa Graphics, and reaffirmed its relationship with Pitman as distributor of the DuPont£ Cyrel® portfolio of flexographic products.
"Pitman has been U.S distributor for Cyrel® and Cyrel® FAST products for over 35 years. It is an excellent relationship and we look forward to it continuing," said Wendy Andrushko, North American Director for DuPont Packaging Graphics Products.
"Pitman has a very strong sales and technical support organization to service the packaging market, and we're confident that will remain upon completion of the sale to Agfa."
