Hasta Plunger Rod Inserting Machine which is designed specifically to insert plunger rods into syringe barrels.

It is compact, easy to use and available in speeds of 12,000 or 24,000 pieces per hour. The 12,000 per hour speed can be upgraded to 24,000 at any time, including after delivery. The machine is also equipped with a P&A labeler with vision systems and control devices for trouble-free production.

The Hasta Plunger Rod Inserting Machine has the flexibility to interface with upstream and downstream machines and can also be customized for additional capabilities. The machine is pre-engineered to add a back stop inserting unit to the syringe and a safety device inserting unit can also be added.
