• new system integrates Fanuc’s new M-1iA delta-style robot and ESS-designed end-of-arm-tooling and programming into a compact system for machine loading and unloading

• integrating the M-1iA robotic system into an ESS monoblock filler/capper allows unloading filled and capped micro-tubes and placing them onto a labeler infeed conveyor at a rate of 60 tubes/min

• system can be used in loading blister-packaging machines and thermoformers, loading or unloading pucks, sorting or assembly systems, loading moving conveyors, or picking parts from moving conveyors
