Bevology makes its Zenergize energy tablets fit for Costco club stores using colorfully sleeved PET canisters.
A new product launch is a complex undertaking, especially when Costco is involved. With input from the club store chain, Bevology, San Francisco, CA, launched earlier this year its energy+ nutrition drinks in tablet form in a 40-count shrink-sleeved canister.
In this 6-minute interview, director of marketing (and former procurement manager) Michelle Arnau explains to Packaging World editor Rick Lingle what Bevology did to match consumers’ and Costco’s needs, including emphasizing convenience, portability, and value.
Listeners will also learn why Bevology changed package decoration formats from a pressure-sensitive label to a shrink sleeve from Ameri-Seal, Inc. (www.ameri-seal).
