The Paper Lock system combines an advanced, multilayer, coextruded forming film with an uncoated medical-grade paper. From Perfecseal, the components produce peelable, fiber-free seals. By combining ionomer and nylon polymers in the same film, it provides formability for applications requiring contoured tooling, such as syringe and pipette packaging, provides durability and abrasion resistance, mold shape retention, and eliminates heat-seal coatings.
